Willamette Family is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants for
Withdrawal Management in our Buckley Detox program. This position
is a part of the expansion of our current services. The Buckley
Detox Program has a new building underway! With the construction of
our NEW Buckley location that will allow for an expansion of
crucial substance use treatment services for our community.

Position Overview:Join our dedicated team as a Certified Nursing
Assistant, providing direct client care in a medically monitored,
24/7 detoxification center. This role supports individuals through
the withdrawal process in a compassionate, structured, and
clinically supervised environment. Our current 22-bed facility is
expanding to 55 beds, offering increased opportunities for
impactful care.
As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will work alongside and
receive support from the Medical Director, Physician Assistant, and
Nursing Manager to ensure safe and effective detoxification
services. This position is essential in maintaining high-quality,
client-centered care in a fast-paced setting that operates 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week.
Position: Hiring for full-time positionsEmployment Type: Employee
(W-2), Hourly, Non-ExemptShift and Schedule: Hiring for NOC
Shift.Compensation: Starts at $19.95/ hr.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CNA Certification.
- BLS CPR certification
- Experience in patient care settings.
- Able to navigate technology: EHR Systems, OFFICE 365, etc.
- Understanding of ethics and legal implications of patient
care
- Effective 03/28/2025- Willamette Family has a required 12 month
waiting period before former clients can apply for employment. This

- An understanding of substance use disorders
- Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical
terminology
- Knowledge of chemical dependency and treatment methods
- Ability to follow oral and written directions and to apply
techniques for specific needs.
- Knowledge of de-escalation methods or ability to be trained in
de-escalation methods.
- The ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients,
and others with diverse ethnic backgrounds, religious views,
cultural backgrounds, lifestyles and sexual orientations and treat
each individual with respect and dignity
- Competency in understanding substance abuse treatment
practices.
- Able to navigate technology: EHR Systems, OFFICE 365,
etc.Employment Requirements:
- This role requires CNA's be available on-site; Must be located
in the Eugene, OR area or be willing to commute.

(Initiated post-offer)Job Duties:
- Provide Direct Patient Support: Assist clients with daily
activities and basic care needs during the detoxification
process.
- Monitor & Report Patient Status: Observe and document changes
in client conditions, reporting concerns to nursing staff.
- Assist with Medication Administration: Support nurses by
preparing and distributing medications as directed.
- Support Medical Procedures: Assist nursing staff and medical
providers with treatments and procedures as needed.
- Ensure Patient Safety & Comfort: Monitor clients for withdrawal
symptoms, provide emotional support, and assist with mobility as
needed.
- Maintain Clean & Organized Environment: Ensure patient areas
remain safe, sanitary, and properly stocked with necessary
supplies.
- Facilitate Communication: Relay critical information between
clients, nurses, and other healthcare providers.
- Support Shift Transitions: Provide accurate updates during
shift changes to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain Compliance & Confidentiality: Follow all HIPAA and 42
CFR Part 2 regulations to protect client privacy.
- Perform Additional Duties: Complete other tasks as assigned by
the Nursing Staff, Program Director, or Supervisor.We look forward
