ATI Millersburg is seeking a Maintenance Asset Manager to join our
team. If you are looking for an opportunity to support a growing,

* Lead the Maintenance Asset Management (AM) team consisting of
Planning, Scheduling, Stockroom and Reliability. This team includes
a mix of salaried and hourly union team members.
* Responsible for developing planned and scheduled PM's, CM's and
Major Maintenance work.
* You will demonstrate and utilize principles and industry-standard
methodologies in asset management and preventive/predictive
maintenance techniques to improve the overall reliability for the
assets, equipment, and systems.
* Oversee technical expertise & advice on maintenance strategies
and exercise leadership towards timely identification and
resolution of equipment related issues or problems.
* Ensure proper utilization of Computer Maintenance Management
System (CMMS). Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally with
operating departments across the facility to improve equipment
* Continually improve maintenance PM's, CM activities and job plans
to improve maintenance execution efficiency. Supervise and coach
direct reports in the performance of their duties; completes
performance reviews and provides feedback to direct reports.
* Participate and/or lead in process safety site activities like
Root Cause Analysis, PHA Review, MOC and PSM.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Education requirement can be
substituted with extensive experience in asset management,
planning, scheduling and reliability experience. A minimum of 10
years of maintenance experience in heavy industrial operations.
Knowledge of Oracle EAM & OBII, ISO 55001, MS Office Suite, &
Key Skills and Abilities
