Technician, you will work on rental construction and forestry
equipment in the both the shop and field ensuring equipment repairs
are done accurately and timely, all in an effort to support our
customers and maximize their uptime. Every day, you will check
rental equipment in/out, fuel and clean equipment, monitor the yard
to ensure members are following safety protocol, and analyze and
diagnose equipment malfunctions or failures. Picture yourself
working alongside other trained Technicians in a shop that has all
the support and resources you need to perform top-notch work on
equipment and watching your career flourish! This team member will
be based out of the Eugene branch but will travel to Tangent and
Medford areas to perform services and repairs as needed. Member
will regularly work with Rental Manager for schedule to best
support customers of the region. WHAT YOU NEED: 1 or more years of
experience in diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of new
and used heavy equipment. A team-oriented personality, with the
focus and drive to work without direct supervision. The discipline
and skill to complete a technical diagnostic and repair training
program. Driver’s license with a good driving record. Must provide
own tools. Compensation: $31-44.97/hr (Depending on Experience) Why
