We provide professional pest management services with a focus on safety, reliability, and customer care. Position Overview The Residential Service Technician provides pest control services to residential customers throughout the service area. This role involves property inspections, application of treatments, customer communication, and maintaining service records. Paid training is provided, including support for obtaining required Oregon pest control licensing. Key Responsibilities Service residential accounts for common pests (ants, spiders, rodents, seasonal insects, etc.) Conduct property inspections and identify pest activity and entry points Apply treatments in accordance with Oregon regulations and company safety standards Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding services and prevention strategies Track routes, service notes, and documentation using mobile software Maintain company vehicle, tools, and safety equipment Identify and offer additional service options when appropriate Qualifications Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record Ability to work independently in a field-based environment Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Effective communication skills Willingness to obtain required Oregon pest control licensing (training provided) Prior pest control experience preferred but not required Work Environment Field-based role with daily driving Exposure to outdoor conditions in varying weather Physical activity including standing, bending, lifting, and handling equipment Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
