Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Longview, WA. This role is ideal for someone starting their HVAC career or transitioning from a related technical field. The right candidate is eager to learn, dependable, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Hands-on training and mentorship will be provided. Key Responsibilities Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial HVAC systems under the guidance of experienced technicians. Learn to diagnose basic HVAC system issues and support troubleshooting efforts. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Communicate professionally with customers and team members to ensure clear understanding of service needs. Accurately document work performed, materials used, and service details. Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times. Participate in ongoing training to develop technical skills and industry knowledge. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required. HVAC vocational training, trade school coursework, or mechanical aptitude preferred but not required. Strong interest in learning HVAC systems and building a long-term career in the trade. Basic mechanical, electrical, or technical skills are a plus. Willingness to learn troubleshooting techniques and industry best practices. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Physical ability to lift equipment and work in varying weather conditions.
