Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our
team. The ideal candidate will design and fabricate tooling and
fixtures, set up and program all CNC milling machines and CNC
lathes, and ensure that finished work pieces meet specified
dimensions and tolerances. This role requires a keen eye for
detail, a strong understanding of machining processes, and the
ability to work with complex product drawings. Responsibilities
Design and fabricate tooling and fixtures. Set up and program all
CNC milling machines and CNC lathes. Study blueprints, manuals,
specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and
tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence of operations, and
setup requirements. Select, align, and secure holding fixtures,
cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines.
Operate micrometers, dial and digital calipers, veneer and thread
gauges, go/no-go pins, and other measuring tools and equipment.
Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors such as
speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut. Start and
observe machine operations to detect malfunctions or
out-of-tolerance machining and adjust machine controls as required.
Verify conformance of finished work pieces to specifications.
Update existing programs and fixturing to improve efficiency.
Interpret specifications and work with Engineering to make
producibility recommendations. Operate CNC machines and CNC lathes.
Attend Quality Manual Standards Training and apply Quality
Standards accordingly. Observe safety and security procedures and
report potentially unsafe conditions. Essential Skills CNC
Programming and Set up experience with MasterCam (2024). Experience
with 3/4 axis CNC mills (5-axis is a plus). Ability to design and
build fixtures. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
(GD&T). Solutions focused mentality with the ability to
understand and carry out instructions in written, oral, and diagram
formats. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or
equivalent. Three or more years of related experience and/or
training, preferred. Experience with vertical and horizontal mills.
Experience with CNC machines. Knowledge of machine setup, including
fixturing, tool offsets, and program call-up. Mathematical
proficiency, including probability, statistical inference,
geometry, and trigonometry. Demonstrated desire for continuous

Permanent position based out of CLACKAMAS, OR. Pay and Benefits The
pay range for this position is $79040.00 - $93600.00/yr. Union -
