A full-time Physical Therapist opportunity is available to support K-12 students across multiple schools in Lake Oswego, Oregon. This position is a contract role covering a leave of absence, beginning the week of March 16th and extending through the end of the school year. This role involves providing physical therapy services to a caseload of approximately 30 students from three elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school located on the north side of the district. The therapist will work full-time hours, totaling 37.5 hours per week, within a dynamic educational environment dedicated to fostering student development and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized physical therapy treatment services to K-12 students. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students therapeutic and educational goals. Develop and implement therapy plans based on student needs and assessments. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines. Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize student progress. Desired Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist with credentials appropriate for school-based practice. Experience working with pediatric populations in an educational setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Ability to manage a diverse caseload across multiple schools efficiently. Knowledge of school-based therapy regulations and procedures.
