This position is a highly visible role which coordinates and develops all marketing activities, initiatives, planning and administrative details in alignment with RETA's culture and goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media. This position requires an organized multitasker who is able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. This position is responsible for effectively marketing all aspects of RETA and the RETA Training Institute.
Assist in the development and implementation of RETA's brand strategy.
Design and execute effective campaigns for a variety of products and services across a range of digital, social, and traditional channels.
Produce copy for website, advertisements, and emails.
Plan and optimize the strategy of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Keep up-to-date on trends and best practices in social media, digital marketing, content marketing, digital advertising, and e-marketing.
Collaborate to implement successful marketing strategies.
Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company's reputation and to drive traffic to the RETA website.
Conduct social media campaigns.
Be knowledgeable about new trends in the marketing industry.
Keep current on the latest developments in marketing trends, techniques, and strategies.
Strong interpersonal skills including experience building and maintaining productive relationships with a diverse network of individuals and organizations.

Proven working experience in digital marketing.
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Great team member: willing to roll up your sleeves and pitch in to help your colleagues when needed.
Experience with Web communication, publishing, usability and/or social media is a plus.
Proficient in using the web to conduct research, event administration and procurement as well as with the latest versions of Microsoft Outlooks, Work, Excel, PowerPoint and be familiar with all relevant technology.
Degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
