Crosby Wealth Advisors, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking a part time Front Desk Receptionist in Albany, OR. As an independent arm of Ameriprise Financial, Crosby Wealth Advisors is seeking a motivated individual to work for one of the most successful financial planning and investment firms in the nation. This position requires that you possess the following skills: High school Diploma Ability to work flexible hours. 15-30 hours/ 5-day week schedule Excellent client service: Ability to communicate well with clients verbally and over email. Organization and time management Attention to detail Ability to multitask and accurately relay information to customers and team members Strong computer and software knowledge including Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word. Mature individual to handle confidential and sensitive information Attitude: is confident and is a positive person who partners well with others Ability to continue to grow with the practice and learn new skills when needed As one of the top practices at Ameriprise, we receive the highest priority, quality of service, and resources available from our corporate partners. Responsibilities : Front Desk/Receptionist: Responsibilities will include answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate planner/staff. Greet agent's clients and offer & deliver refreshments. Creating a warm and welcoming environment for all clients and walk-ins. Keep coffee/drink area stocked and attractive for client use. Ordering office supplies when needed. Scheduling/Maintaining Calendar: Be responsible for scheduling all client appointments as well as keeping all of Kari's appointments (business and personal) on her calendar. Mail: Sort all incoming mail and checks, log them as appropriate and then distribute to agents and staff. Other Items: Organize birthday lunches, help with office party planning, and send flowers/gifts to clients for deaths, births, etc. You will play a key role with clients and will be an important team member of Crosby Wealth Advisors.
